WATCH THE TUTORIAL 🥳

If you are new to the Fleek Light and would like to know how you can make adjustments to the AI default brows for your client, please watch the video below.

READ THE MANUAL 📖

After watching the tutorial above, please see below for a useful manual guide to refresh the learned concepts!

Changing Brow Shape

After you have scanned your client, a set of symmetrical brows designed by the AI will appear. You can choose to edit these brows to better suit you or your client's preferences. Let's learn how to do so.

There are 11 movable points for each brow that will control the shape design.

5 position points (yellow)

These points can be moved to change the position of the brow.

6 curve points (blue)

These points can be moved to change the curvature of the line segments between the position points.

You can freely edit these points in 2 ways

  1. Drag and drop

    1. Hover over the point you wish to move, the point will expand in size.

    2. Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the point to the desired position.

  2. Precision scroll

    1. Hover over the point you wish to move, the point will expand in size.

    2. Click and hold the down mouse button, then scroll the wheel to move it up and down 1 mm at a time.

    3. Or click and hold the up mouse button, then scroll the wheel to move it left and right 1mm at a time.

Mouse Controls

LEFT

The Left button is used to select features on the menu and yellow and blue control points on the brow

RIGHT

The Right button is used to show and unshow the menu when you’re in the mapping screen

DOWN

The Down button is for Undo

UP

The Up button is for Redo

MIDDLE WHEEL

Double clicking the centre wheel button is like a back button, it will always take you to the previous page. Be careful not to do this by accident when designing the brows

DOWN + SCROLL

When hovering over any yellow or blue point, holding the Down button and scrolling will move points up and down.

When Move feature is selected, holding the Down button and scrolling moves the map up and down.

When Tilt feature is selected, holding the Down button and scrolling will tilt the brows from side to side.

UP + SCROLL

When hovering over any yellow or blue point, holding the Up button and scrolling moves the points from left to right.

When Move feature is selected, Holding the Up button and scrolling moves map left and right.

Menu

The menu is hidden by default. Click the right mouse button anywhere to make the menu appear in that location. We recommend clicking just under the eye to bring the menu up around the eye.

The menu has 12 features.

MOVE | Move the brow map up/down or left/right

Left click and hold, then drag in any direction to move

For precision movement, Down click and hold, then scroll the mouse to move up/down, or Up click and hold, then scroll the mouse to move left/right

TILT | Tilt the brow map from side to side

Left click and hold, then drag left and right

For precision movement, Down click and hold, then scroll the mouse

THICKNESS | Change the thickness of the brows

Scroll the center wheel to change the thickness

SHAPES | Quickly change between different shapes

Scroll the center wheel to toggle between 10 shapes that suit the client

HEAD ANGLE | Change the angle of the head of the brow

Scroll the center wheel to change the angle

ASYMMETRY | Move only one brow at a time

Move any of the 11 brow points as you normally would

You can also use the MOVE feature with this feature together to reposition one full brow by itself.

INDEPENDENT | Uncouple the top and bottom points

There are 2 pairs of yellow points, and 3 pairs of blue points that typically move together. When this feature is selected, you can move all points independent of each

other.

HIDE POINTS | Hide everything except the brow outline

Use this to help the client more clearly see the brow shape

DOTS | Turn solid brow outline into dotted outline

Once you and your client are happy with the shape, you can trace on the line. You may want to trace on the dots instead of the solid line, especially for microblading/nano strokes clients. Since the dots are evenly spaced on each side, it can help you symmetrically space out your strokes pattern.

RESET | Reset to the default brow

This will take you back to the original AI default brow design that appeared right after the scan.

MIRROR | Use when practicing on yourself in the mirror

This horizontally flips the projected screen so it becomes easier for you to practice on yourself in the mirror.

RESCAN | Rescan this client

If you are unhappy with the way the scan and default AI brows turned out, you can use this to rescan the same client.
