My mouse is not working.

If your mouse is not working please check the following:

  • Check if the USB stick is fully inserted in Atlas.

  • On the bottom of the mouse, check if the switch is toggled to ON.

  • It may be out of battery, please charge it using the charging cable included in your Atlas box.

My mouse is moving slowly

If your mouse is moving slowly, you may need to charge the battery. Please charge it using the charging cable included in your Atlas box.

You can charge your mouse using a computer or into any USB wall adapter (like the USB charger you may be using with your phone).
