Welcome to a new era in brow mapping. We're grateful to be your chosen partner in embracing this new world of AI with the power of AI brow mapping at your fingertips.

This quick start guide will help you set up your Fleek Light step-by-step, so you can get started with confidence.

STEP 1: Register for your Fleek Light account

  1. Check the email you used to purchase your Fleek Light for a link to register

  2. Follow the steps to register your account

  3. Once you are logged into artist.fleekpmu.com, fill in your information in the Basics and Booking sections

  4. Add a method of payment in the Billing section for your monthly service fee. This will begin your 30 day free trial.

  5. If you wish to add additional artists with separate billing to your Fleek Light machine, you may add their email in the Light section.

STEP 2: Assemble your Fleek Light

In your Fleek Light box, you should find:

  • Fleek Light lamp attached to an upright arm with power cable and a large screw on the bottom

  • Allen key for fastening

  • Mouse charger

  • Mouse

  • Tiara

  • Dotting pen

  • Chin rest with small screw on the bottom

  • Base plate

  • A calibration board and wood block stand

  • Quick start card

Fleek Light Assembly Instructions:

  1. Lay the base plate near the edge of a table surface

  2. Unscrew the screw from the bottom of the chin rest upright

  3. Locate the smaller hole of the base plate and position it over the table's edge so you can insert the screw from the bottom

  4. Insert the screw through the underside of the small hole and screw the chin rest upright onto the screw. Tighten the screw with the Allen key

  5. Unscrew the screw from the lamp upright

  6. Rotate the base plate so the larger hole is positioned over the table's edge so you can insert the screw from underneath

  7. Insert the large screw from the underside of the base plate and start to spin the screw into the upright of the projector arm as much as you are able. Tighten the screw with the Allen key

  8. Note, do not change the height of the projector. Its correct position for brow projection is at its lowest position, as is when it's shipped to you.

  9. Plug in the Fleek Light. There is a switch located on the power cable. Ensure it's in the "I" position, not the "O" position.

    1. "I" = projector on

    2. "O" = projector off

You've now successfully assembled your Fleek Light 🙌

STEP 3: Connect to Wifi and Login

  1. Rotate the projector of the Fleek Light down so the projected screen is shinning onto the base plate. It can feel tight and may rotate slowly, and that's normal

    1. Position yourself, or rotate the Fleek Light unit so the words are right side up

  2. Adjust the focus dials on either side of the projector until the words are clear and crisp

    1. Note, the home screen is projected by only one of the projectors, so spinning one focus dial will not show any changes, and spinning the other will correct the focus of the home screen. Test each side

  3. Turn the mouse on. If it's already on, turn it off, then back on to boot it up. You should see a red light flickering once turned on

    1. NOTE: While your mouse should arrive charged, if it's not turning on, charge for one hour and test it again

  4. Using the mouse, left-click on the Wifi symbol in the upper right corner

  5. Locate your Wifi network and connect

  6. Go back to the main login screen using the "back" button in the upper left corner, or by double clicking the centre scroll button on the mouse

  7. You should now see the login screen. Enter your email and click ">"

  8. Check your email for your magic code

  9. Enter the magic code and click ">"

You've now successfully logged into your Fleek Light 🎉

STEP 4: Book your 1:1 Onboarding Call here:

👉 Please do not attempt to use your Fleek Light prior to your onboarding call.

In your onboarding call we will:

  • Calibrate your machine

  • Do a test scan

  • Train you on the features so you can begin practicing

Please have with you:

  • Fleek Light assembled, connected to wifi and logged in

  • Calibration board (white board with black QR codes)

  • Mouse

  • Tiara
